Mix rice, cheese, and chicken. Spoon into soft shells. Roll up burrito style and cook until golden brown in a bit of butter.I need some REALLY easy recipes and CHEAP recipes for my bother inlaw?
Here is one of my favorites. Take a Potato/yam and half inch cube it and pop it in the microwave for about 3min and at the same time chop half an onion with semi long cuts and saute it down with some butter once the starches are soft toss em in with the onions until they brown, add plenty of spice of your choosing. salt and pepper is fine, but i like to throw Cajun seasonings in there make it nice and spicy. Once starches are browned and onions are soft and brown put all in a bowl and then using the same pan fry 1 or 2 eggs and then put that on top of the potatoes and onions. Poor mans skillet. takes about 10min to make and is a great source of carbs and protein!!!!
