quesedillas. they are really versatile and cheap too. Try ground beef, rice and cheese (one of my recipes), just cheese, chicken, even veggie quesedillas depending what you have in your house.
cook ramen noodles, add seasoning packet, chopped broccoli, and chopped spam. All in one meal.
Pinto beans and white rice. Delicious, healthy, and incredibly cheap. You can add tortillas/salsa/cheese/avocado... as your taste and budget allow.
Also, pasta is super cheap and there are endless variations. Boil whatever noodle you like, and add cheese, meat, veggies, and/or sauce. Even just a little butter and parmessan cheese over spaghetti noodles is fabulous. I also like to saute sweet peppers, onions, and garlic in olive oil and then serve over penne

watch 30 minute meals on the food network to get some ideas. Rachael Ray is awesomee! ;) If you have some sort of pasta at your house, boil it and make a salad with your favorite veggies and maybe some cheese. good luck!
Pasta, hamburgers , rice dishes, one of my favorites is hamburger gravy over rice with peas.
well it depends what you have in your house. meat ? veggies? milk butter???
pasta with butter and parmesan cheese(you can get small containers at safeway or something for cheap), mac and cheese with hot dogs in it, hamburger helper, one of my favorites is sauteing fresh veggies with olive oil and whatever spices you have on hand that you like, it's really yummy just like that or you can put it in tortillas.
